How long until I receive my dress once my order has been placed?

Delivery will depend on the dress you choose, whether any alterations need to be made or if you require a different size to what we hold in our current stock. This may vary and depends upon stock availability. Please bare in mind this could take up to 12 weeks.

Can I pick up my wedding dress in person?.

Yes you are more than welcome to collect your dress in person. Arrangements can be made over the phone.

What deposit is required to reserve my chosen gown?

We are pleased to offer all our customers the opportunity to reserve a gown for a 7 day period. There is a £50 charge for this service which is non-refundable. However when you proceed with your gown purchase, this value will de deducted from the original price of the gown. Please note is not valid on any other purchases.

What happens if I change my mind about my reserved gown?.

If you change your mind about your reserved gown after paying your deposit, you are able to transfer your deposit to another gown.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We are happy to accept payments via Cash, PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Maestro.

What are your store opening times and do I need an appointment?.

Simply walk in any time between our opening times: Wednesday 10am-5pm | Thursday 10am-5pm | Friday 10am-6pm |  Saturday 10am-5pm | Sundays are appointments only |  Monday & Tuesday the store is  (CLOSED).

Do you do the wedding dress alterations?.

Yes we can offer an alteration service, although there is a charge for this service.
